Natural language into your formal API

Etherwaves AI (Artificial intelligence) and NLP (natural language processing) technology translate user's natural language requests into the formal interfaces of your products.
Our NLP enables our Slack bots to communicate with team members using common language instead of specific command lines. Our unique architecture makes our bots smarter every time you use them, adjusting them to the context of each Slack team that uses your product. See our jira Slack integration for example.

Our NLP technology allow us to analyze your users requests, measure User Expectation and get hints about the level of consistency users expect from your product. Trends identify by the bot are reported to you.

Convert questions into structured SQL queries

We utilize the latest in natural language processing and machine learning to convert questions into structured SQL queries. This technology allowing us to turn your product into a SMART BOT, to speak your language, to understand your business, your team and your customers. When your bot is smart you are professional

Talk to your Data
There are bots and there are bots but not all of them are the same. Some support only \commands while others force you to to be very accurate and specific and some are just annoying. Anyone can write a bot in Slack , but not everyone can write smart bots that talk true natural language.

Installation walkthrough

Slack-NLP Server is installed on your network, weather on-premises or on your cloud cluster. The server is deployed as a Docker image and requires network access to Slack servers. When using additional cloud service (e.g. JIRA-cloud) , the server requires access to such services. Some cloud services also require your server to establish a publicly accessible entry point for handling webhooks Etherwaves provides fully support and guidance.

Insight database on the cloud

The insight database provides details and statistics for requests made by users on Slack channels. The Insight database is stored on the cloud. Beyond learning what new features can make your product great, you can ask us to prioritize a feature for implementation into the next revision of your Slack-NLP server.

Syntactic extension

Assume for example that your NLP server already serves a phrase like: “show the open tasks assigned to Steve” and you learn that many users meant the same result when asking “what’s for Steve today?” Such extension to the language is syntactic because it re-uses the “plumbing” of code and data already in place to get the right answer Syntactic changes can be made by Etherwaves without stopping or changing your server run-time - typically within 48 hours or less

Semantic extension

Adding an extension to the language that requires additional code or connection handler in the NLP-server. Suppose for example, that you discovered that user often type : “remind next week about this issue” The intent - to remind John by email of the content that may update next week from now - requires that your server may require new scheduling and SMTP gateway resources. Semantic extension will require update to your NLP-server revision

While many stories on Dialogflow describe how you can build a chat bot in minutes, this one is about a bot that evolves beyond a toy project.

companies need to incorporate the use of KNOWLEDGE BOTS, not CHAT BOTS into their customer experiences. A Knowledge Bot is capable of adapting the dialog for complex conversations based on knowledge-based Rules more extensively than a Chat Bot.
